Notification and payment of the Settlement Amount. 8.2.1. The Party responsible for calculation of the Settlement Amount (or if there are two Affected Parties, each Party) shall notify as soon as possible to the other, the amount together with details of the calculation by which it was determined. Such calculations shall be conclusive upon notification and, in the absence of manifest error, shall be binding.
