Common use of Notification by Administrative Agent; Additional Lenders Clause in Contracts

Notification by Administrative Agent; Additional Lenders. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Company and each Revolving Credit Lender and Term A Lender, as applicable, of the Revolving Credit Lenders’ and Term A Lenders’ responses, as the case may be, to each request made hereunder. If the aggregate increase participated in by the existing Lenders is less than the requested increase, then to achieve the full amount of the requested increase, and subject to the approval of the Administrative Agent, the Company may also invite additional Eligible Assignees to become Revolving Credit Lenders or Term A Lenders, as applicable, pursuant to a joinder agreement in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and its counsel.
