Notification by Administrative Agent; Additional Term Lenders. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Company and each Term Lender of the Term Lenders’ responses to each request made hereunder. To achieve the full amount of a requested Incremental Term Facility, and subject to the approval of the Administrative Agent, the Company may also invite additional Eligible Assignees to become Term Lenders pursuant to a joinder agreement (“New Term Lenders”) in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and its counsel.
