Common use of Notification by Bank Clause in Contracts

Notification by Bank. Any Bank proposing to make a claim pursuant to clause 17.1 (Indemnity for increased costs) shall notify the Original Borrower (through the Facility Agent), setting out, in reasonable detail, the calculation and cause of the amounts claimed. No Bank shall be required to disclose any information relating to the organisation of its affairs which it considers to be confidential.
