Notification by State. If the Academy is notified by the State that the Academy will be placed in the State School Reform/ Redesign School District pursuant to Section 1280c of the Code, then the Authorizing Body may terminate this Contract at the end of the current school year.
Notification by State. If the Academy has been identified as a low performing school and fails to meet the goals of any partnership agreement with the Michigan Department of Education and, if applicable, other parties, then the Authorizing Body may terminate this Contract at the end of the current school year.
