NOTIFICATION INFORMATION. (a) The Operator shall notify the Authority at least ten (10) days prior to the cancellation, suspension, termination or non-renewal of any of the Required Insurances. (b) The Operator shall promptly notify to insurers any matter arising from, or in relation to, the services and/or this Agreement for which it may be entitled to claim under any of the Required Insurances. In the event that the Authority receives a claim relating to the services or this Agreement, the Operator shall co-operate with the Authority and assist it in dealing with such claims including without limitation providing information and documentation in a timely manner. (c) The Operator shall notify the Authority immediately upon the occurrence or knowledge of: (i) any development in any incident or circumstances which may give rise to any claim which may be in excess of the limits of the insurances; or (ii) any incident or circumstance which might have an adverse effect on the reputation or image to the Authority or the Operator or on health, safety, the environment, regulatory matters, labour or public relations; and (d) any such notification is to be accompanied by full details of the incident or circumstances giving rise to the claim.
