Common use of Notification Letters Clause in Contracts

Notification Letters. The Borrower shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain written acknowledgements of each of the Notification Letters from each of the Account Debtors to whom such Notification Letters were sent pursuant to Section 4.01(i) hereof as promptly as practicable after the Closing Date.
