Common use of Notification Letters Clause in Contracts

Notification Letters. Within 60 days after the date of this Agreement, each Obligor (other than the Ultimate Parent) shall, if there is any new Service Contract after the date of the first Utilisation Request, within 7 days upon signing of any new Service Contracts, provide to the Facility Agent with documents evidencing that the Notification Letters have been delivered to all customers under the Service Contracts existing at that time, except for the Service Contracts in which the relevant customers have been required under that Service Contract to make payments under the Service Contracts to the Receiving Accounts.
