Notification of Acceptance. 1. When a unit posts for a particular position for which there is an opening, applicants shall be notified within 15 business days whether they are accepted into the pool. 2. An applicant accepted into a pool at any other time will be notified as soon as possible and s/he will be contacted in the event that an offer of employment will be made. 3. When a PTF2 or PTF3 in one pool applies to be accepted into another pool, and in the application identifies himself or herself as such, the unit shall notify said part-time faculty member whether or not s/he is accepted within 10 business days.
