Common use of Notification of Advances, Interest Rates, Prepayments and Commitment Reductions Clause in Contracts

Notification of Advances, Interest Rates, Prepayments and Commitment Reductions. Promptly after receipt thereof, the Administrative Agent will notify each Lender of the contents of each Aggregate Commitment reduction notice, Ratable Borrowing Notice, Rate Option Notice, Competitive Bid Borrowing Notice (except as otherwise provided in Section 2.3.10), and repayment notice received by it hereunder. The Administrative Agent will notify each Lender of the interest rate applicable to each Fixed Ratable Advance promptly upon determination of such interest rate and will give each Lender prompt notice of each change in the Alternate Base Rate.

The Administrative Agent will notify each Lender of the interest rate applicable to each Fixed Ratable Eurodollar Advance promptly upon determination of such interest rate and will give each Lender prompt notice of each change in the Alternate Base Rate.

The Administrative Agent will notify each Lender of the interest rate applicable to each Fixed Ratable Rate Advance promptly upon determination of such interest rate and will give each Lender prompt notice of each change in the Alternate Base Rate. Each Domestic Reference Lender and each Multicurrency Reference Lender agrees to furnish timely information for the purpose of determining the applicable interest rates.

The Administrative Agent will notify each Lender of the interest rate applicable to each Fixed Ratable Eurodollar Advance promptly upon determination of such interest rate and will give each Lender prompt notice of each change in the Alternate Base Rate.
