Common use of Notification of Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Notification of Arbitration. Upon Manitoba Public Insurance’s receipt of the above-mentioned request from you, you must wait for notification from Manitoba Public Insurance of the date, time, and location of the arbitration hearing, which shall be held in a reasonable amount of time.
