Common use of Notification of Assignment Clause in Contracts

Notification of Assignment. Each unit member shall be given written notice not later than three (3) days before the school year is over, of each year of the next year’s assignment. Such notice shall specify the building, grade level, grade and subject area to which the unit member will be assigned.
