Common use of Notification of Audit Clause in Contracts

Notification of Audit. Each of Alloy and ▇▇▇▇▇*s shall give written notice to the other party of any audit of a Combined Return for any Pre-Distribution Taxable Period or Straddle Period within ten (10) business days after receipt of written notification of such audit from a Tax Authority.
