Common use of Notification of Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Notification of Cancellation. Service Provider agrees to immediately notify (or cause its insurers or insurance broker to notify) University of any notice of cancellation or rescission received from an insurance carrier referring to or relating to a policy which provides coverage to the additional insureds or otherwise may impact the ability of Service Provider to fully perform its insurance obligations, and such insurance shall not be cancelable, be subject to non-renewal, or otherwise be subject to material modification except with thirty (30) calendar days prior written notice to University.
