Common use of Notification of Contract Clause in Contracts

Notification of Contract. No waiver of any breach or violation hereof shall be implied from forbearance or failure by any party to take action thereon. No waiver or modification of this Agreement or any covenant, condition or limitation herein contained shall be valid unless in writing and duly executed by the party to be charged therewith.
