Common use of Notification of Damage Clause in Contracts

Notification of Damage. The Grantor will promptly notify Collateral Agent in writing in the event of any substantial or material damage to the Collateral from any source whatsoever, and, except for the disposition of collections and other proceeds of the Collateral permitted by Section 6 hereof, the Grantor will not remove or permit to be removed any material part of the Collateral from its place of business without the prior written consent of Collateral Agent, except for such items of the Collateral as are removed in the ordinary course of business or in connection with any transaction or disposition otherwise permitted by the Indenture; and
