Notification of Deposits. Simultaneous with the delivery to Fort ▇▇▇▇ of the Deposit Materials or any Additional Deposit, as the case may be, Producer shall deliver to Fort ▇▇▇▇ and to each Licensee a written statement specifically identifying all items deposited and stating that the Deposit Materials or any Additional Deposit, as the case may be, so deposited have been inspected by Producer and are complete and accurate. Within five (5) days of receipt by Fort ▇▇▇▇ of the Deposit Materials or any Additional Deposit, Fort ▇▇▇▇ will send notification of such receipt via certified or registered mail to the Licensee(s).
