Common use of Notification of Discharge Clause in Contracts

Notification of Discharge. When an Employee is discharged, the Employer ------------------------- must give written notice to the Employee, stating the reasons for such discharge, and the Union shall receive a copy of said notice. Where an Employee is holding a second job, that Employee will notify the Employer, in writing, of such job.
