Common use of Notification of Events Clause in Contracts

Notification of Events. immediately inform the Security Agent of: ---------------------- (i) any litigation, arbitration or administrative proceeding taking place, pending or threatened in relation to any of the Security Assets; (ii) any damage, loss, theft, arrest, confiscation, seizure or any other event which affects or might affect the rights of the Security Agent or any other Finance Party under this Deed or involves any loss or reduction in value of any Security Assets;
