Common use of Notification of Incorrect Certificate Clause in Contracts

Notification of Incorrect Certificate. The Company will, at any time during the term of this Agreement, as supplemented from time to time, advise the Manager immediately after it shall have received notice or obtained knowledge thereof, of any information or fact that would alter or affect any opinion, certificate, letter and other document provided to the Manager pursuant to Section 6 herein, provided that such notification to the Manager shall not be required if a Sales Notice is not pending at the time of such notice or knowledge of such information or fact, but such notification shall be required at least two (2) Trading Days prior to delivery by the Company of any instruction to the Manager to sell Shares hereunder.
