Notification of Intent to Return. The College shall provide a Notification of Intent to Return form for each faculty member no later than March 1st of each calendar year. In return; each faculty member, no later than March 31st shall notify the College in writing of his/her intent to return; using the form provided. The names of faculty who indicate they do not intend to return will be forwarded to the Federation and the direct supervisor for informational purposes.
