Common use of Notification of Interest Rates Clause in Contracts

Notification of Interest Rates. (a) The Company shall, no later than ten Business Days prior to each Payment Date, notify the Trustee and the Agents and procure the Agents to notify the Holders of the determination of the rates of interest under this Indenture and shall furnish to the Trustee and the Agents a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto, setting out computations of the relevant Benchmark Coal Price, the applicable rate of interest in respect of interest payable in cash and the applicable rate of interest in respect of interest payable in the form of PIK Notes. Each such certificate shall be signed by the executive director or the chief accountant of the Company.
