Common use of Notification of Investigation Clause in Contracts

Notification of Investigation. All concerned will receive notification to be present. If not satisfied with decision the accused may appeal through their representatives to the President within thirty (30) calendar days after having been advised of such decision who will respond in writing within fifteen (15) calendar days. Should investigation prove them blameless, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or Car Inspectors who have been held off shall resume duty and be paid bulletined number of hours per day for each twenty-four (24) hours or portion thereof detained from duty at schedule rates covering service in which they were employed at the time of the alleged offense.
