Notification of Laws and Regulations. The Servicer shall, promptly upon becoming aware, notify the Project Company in writing of any Requirement of Law or Commission Regulations hereafter promulgated that have (or may have) a material adverse effect on the Servicer’s ability to perform its duties under this Servicing Agreement.
