Common use of Notification of New Employer Clause in Contracts

Notification of New Employer. During Executive’s employment and for a period of twelve (12) months immediately following the termination of his employment with the Company, Executive will advise the Company of any new employer of his, or any other person or entity for whom he may perform services, within three (3) days after commencing to work for such employer or other person or entity. Executive hereby agrees to notify, and grant consent to notification by the Company to, any new employer, or other person or entity for whom he may perform services, of his obligations under this Agreement.

Notification of New Employer.
