Notification of prescribed events. (a) If a default (however described) is continuing, an Event of Default occurs or ceases to be continuing, or if an Acceleration Event occurs: (i) the relevant Representative shall upon becoming aware of the same notify the other Representatives and the Security Agent; and (ii) the Security Agent shall, upon receiving that notification, notify each other Representative and each Hedge Counterparty.
