Notification of prescribed events. (a) If a Revolving Facility Default either occurs or ceases to be continuing the relevant Revolving Agent shall, upon becoming aware of that occurrence or cessation, notify the Security Trustee and the Security Trustee shall, upon receiving that notification, notify each Hedge Counterparty. (b) If a Senior Secured Default either occurs or ceases to be continuing the relevant Senior Secured Trustee shall, upon becoming aware of that occurrence or cessation, notify the Security Trustee and the Security Trustee shall, upon receiving that notification, notify each Hedge Counterparty. (c) If a Revolving Acceleration Event occurs the relevant Revolving Agent shall notify the Security Trustee and the Security Trustee shall, upon receiving that notification, notify each other Party. (d) If a Senior Secured Acceleration Event occurs the relevant Senior Secured Trustee shall notify the Security Trustee and the Security Trustee shall, upon receiving that notification, notify each other Party.
