Notification of Rate of Interest and Interest Amount. The Agent will cause the Rate of Interest and each Interest Amount for each Interest Period and the relevant Interest Payment Date after such determination to be notified to the Issuer and (in the case of Floating Rate Notes which are to be admitted to trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange’s regulated market and to be listed on the Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange), the EU regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange or (if applicable) any other stock exchange on which the relevant Floating Rate Notes are for the time being listed and, in case of the VP Notes, VP and the VP Agent in any event not later than the first business day (being a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets settle payments in the city where the Agent is located) after such determination, and to be published in accordance with the provisions of Condition 11 as soon as possible but in any event not later than the fourth business day (being a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets settle payments in the city where the Agent is located) after their determination. Each Interest Amount and the Interest Payment Date so notified may subsequently be amended (or appropriate alternative arrangements made by way of adjustment) without publication as aforesaid in the event of an extension or shortening of the Interest Period. Any such amendment will be promptly notified to each stock exchange on which this Note, if it is a Floating Rate Note, is for the time being listed. If the applicable Final Terms specify a Minimum Rate of Interest, then the Rate of Interest shall in no event be less than such minimum, and if there is so shown a Maximum Rate of Interest then the Rate of Interest shall in no event exceed such maximum.
