Notification of Recall From Layoff. A notice of recall shall be sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the employee’s most recent address of record. If a notice of recall is returned as “undeliverable”, the employee will be removed from the Recall List for recall and SacRT may then notify the next most senior employee from the recall list.
