Notification of Resale. Resale Notifications for Yearly and Monthly PTRs assigned by Auction Operator must be notified to Auction Operator via ETSO Scheduling System (ELES) or exceptionally via fax and via Auction System (HEP OPS). PTRs have to be returned to the Auction Operator at least two (2) Working Days until 12:00 be- fore the deadline for publication of Auction Specifications for Monthly and/or two (2) Working Days until 12:00 before execution of the relevant Daily Auction.
Notification of Resale. For security reasons the Customer must promptly notify GreyScan if the Customer resells or otherwise transfers (including by leasing, lending or gifting) any of the Equipment to any person, including details of the person to whom the Equipment is resold or transferred and the relevant Equipment. In addition, the relevant terms of resale (or other transfer) must include this clause 6.2.
