Common use of Notification of Selection Clause in Contracts

Notification of Selection. The Contract Manager shall notify the Artist, by phone and in writing, of the final outcome of the artist selection process, i.e., whether or not the Artist was selected to proceed to the next phase of the Project, within 15 days of the HAA's approval of the Project artist.
