NOTIFICATION OF STAFFING AND MANAGEMENT CHANGES BEYOND KEY PERSONEL IDENTIFIED IN THE BUDGET. In addition to the required prior approval for changes in key personnel identified in the budget, the recipient must also notify CNCS of any changes in any positions which are not included in the approved budget, but which involve leadership oversight of the activity under this award. The recipient must also notify CNCS of any change in the senior leadership of the recipient.
