Common use of Notification of Subsequent Employer Clause in Contracts

Notification of Subsequent Employer. Executive hereby agrees that prior to accepting employment with, or agreeing to provide services to, any other Person during any period during which Executive remains subject to any of the covenants set forth in Section 5, Executive shall provide such prospective employer with written notice of such provisions of this Agreement, with a copy of such notice delivered simultaneously to the Company.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall in any event be permitted to provide any such prospective employer with written notice of the provisions of Section 5 of this Agreement.

Executive hereby agrees that prior to accepting employment with, or agreeing to provide services to, any other Person during any period during which Executive remains subject to any of the covenants set forth in Section 5Sections 7 through 11, Executive shall provide such prospective employer with written notice of such provisions of this Agreement, with a copy of such notice delivered simultaneously to the Company.

Executive hereby agrees that prior Prior to accepting employment with, or agreeing to provide services to, with any other Person person or entity during any period during which Executive remains subject to any of the covenants set forth in Section 55.03 or Section 5.04, Executive shall provide such prospective employer with written notice of such the provisions of this Amended & Restated Agreement, with a copy of such notice delivered simultaneously to the CompanyEmployer in accordance with Section 6.05.

The Executive hereby agrees that prior to accepting employment with, or agreeing to provide services to, with any other Person person or entity during the Employment Term or any period thereafter during which the Executive remains subject to any of the covenants set forth in Section 5Sections 3.1 or 3.2, the Executive shall will provide such prospective employer with written notice of such the provisions of this Agreement, with a copy of such notice delivered simultaneously to the CompanyCompany and Parent.

Notification of Subsequent Employer. Executive hereby agrees that prior Prior to accepting employment with, or agreeing to provide services to, with any other Person person or entity during any period during which Executive remains subject to any of the covenants set forth in Section 57 through 9 of this Agreement, Executive shall provide such prospective employer with written notice of such the provisions set forth in Section 7 through 9 of this Agreement, with a copy of such notice delivered simultaneously to the CompanyEmployer.

Executive hereby agrees that prior to accepting employment with, or agreeing to provide services to, any other Person during any period during which Executive remains subject to any of the covenants set forth in Section 56, Executive shall provide such prospective employer with written notice of such provisions of this Agreement, with a copy of such notice delivered simultaneously to the Company; provided, however, that Executive shall not be required to provide a prospective employer with such written notice if such employer engages in a business which is not one of the Competitive Activities.
