Common use of Notification of the Union Clause in Contracts

Notification of the Union. Whenever one of the events described in Appendix “▇-▇” occurs, the Corporation agrees to provide, without delay but within fifteen (15) calendar days, the Union and the local concerned with a copy of the form duly completed. In the event that multiple changes are made and the information is identical, the name, address and social insurance number of the employees affected may be included on Form B-2 and attached to the completed Notice of Change as described in Appendix “▇-▇ “.
