Notification of Transfer. In cases where the Employer has decided to transfer an Internal Applicant to a Vacancy position, the Employer will notify the Internal Applicant and the Union of the effective date of the transfer. Such notice will be provided, in writing, within ten business days following the interview defined in Article 17.02.
