Common use of Notification of Transfer Clause in Contracts

Notification of Transfer. No later than 10 days after date of recordation, the grantee or grantee's agent shall: (i) notify each Tenant in writing of the property transfer, the grantee's name and address, and the date the grantee's interest was recorded, (ii) advise each Tenant if he has the right to occupy the property, (iii) advise each Tenant if he has the right to receive a refund of any payments made by him or her.
