Notification of Unauthorized Disclosure. 5.1 Receiving Party shall notify promptly the University upon discovery of any unauthorized, or known potentially unauthorized, use or disclosure of Confidential Information by Receiving Party or its Representatives, and will cooperate with efforts by the University to help the University regain possession of Confidential Information and prevent its further unauthorized use.
