Common use of Notification of Unavailability Clause in Contracts

Notification of Unavailability. Two weeks prior to the commencement of each quarter, specifically December 1st, March 1st, June 1st and September 1st, a casual employee shall indicate in writing to her/his man- ager or designate periods of unavailability for that quarter and the Employer will not normally call the casual employee dur- ing a designated period of unavailability.
