Notification Regarding Application; Administrator’s Approval. Within ten (10) days of receiving a complete application for an Administrative Amendment, the Administrator shall notify the City Council in writing. Unless the Administrator receives a notice pursuant to Section 18.2.4 requiring that the proposed Administrative Amendment be considered by the City Council as a Modification Application, the Administrator shall review the application for an Administrative Amendment and approve or deny the same within the 45-day period set forth in Section 18.2.2. If the Administrator approves the Administrative Amendment, the Administrator shall notify the Council in writing of the proposed approval and such approval of the Administrative Amendment by the Administrator shall be conclusively deemed binding on the City. A notice of such approval shall be recorded against the applicable portion of the Property in the official City records.
