Common use of Notification Requirement Clause in Contracts

Notification Requirement. In order to receive compensation when absent on sick leave, the employee shall notify his or her immediate supervisor one-half (1/2) hour prior to the scheduled time for beginning his or her work duties of his or her impending absence.
