Common use of Notification to Lessor Clause in Contracts

Notification to Lessor. If any Property under this Lease is damaged, lost, stolen, confiscated, or destroyed, Lessee shall promptly notify Lessor of the occurrence and shall file, at its expense, all necessary reports, including those reports required by Law, all interested insurance companies, and/or by Lessor.
