Notification to Return. A Principal on long-term leave must submit a notification of intent to return from leave in writing to the Executive Director of Human Resources according to the following schedule: a. When the return date of said leave is intended to coincide with the opening of school, notification shall be given by March 1st of the preceding school year. b. At least sixty (60) days prior to the specified return of said leave when such date falls at any other time during the school year.
