Notification to Return. A Principal on childcare leave will be sent a Letter of Assignment from Human Resources at least sixty (60) days prior to the specified return of said leave. The Principal shall lose all re-employment rights if the Principal refuses or fails to return the Letter of Assignment within ten (10) days.
