Notification to Subsequent Employer. If, following termination of Executive’s employment with EPS, Executive accepts other employment or enters into a business relationship with any business or entity that competes with EPS, Executive expressly authorizes and consents to EPS informing such competing business of the terms of Section 7 of this Agreement by written notice.
