Common use of Notification to Subsequent Employer Clause in Contracts

Notification to Subsequent Employer. Executive agrees to notify any subsequent employer of the covenants and terms contained in this Section 4 of this Agreement and any related definitions. In addition, Executive authorizes Carmike to provide a copy of this Section 4 of this Agreement and any related definitions to third parties, including but not limited to, the Executive’s subsequent, anticipated or possible future employers.
