Common use of Notification to Subsequent Employer Clause in Contracts

Notification to Subsequent Employer. Executive agrees to notify any subsequent employer or entity for which Executive would serve as a member of the board of directors of such entity or in a similar capacity of the existence and terms of this Agreement. In addition, Executive authorizes the Company Group to provide a copy of this Agreement to third parties, including but not limited to Executive’s subsequent, anticipated, or possible future employers or entities on which Executive may serve or intend to serve on their board of directors or in a similar capacity.
