Notification to the MBD. Once processing is completed, a file is created and transmitted to MBD containing the adds, updates, and delete records generated by the BCRC from the Input File submitted by the SPAP. MBD returns a file to the BCRC containing Part D enrollment information and LIS data for qualified SPAP enrollees.
