Common use of Notification; Verification Clause in Contracts

Notification; Verification. Lender or its designee may, from time to time and to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, whether or not a Default or Event of Default has occurred: (i) verify directly with the Account Obligors the validity, amount and other matters relating to the Accounts, by means of mail, telephone or otherwise, either in the name of any Borrower or Lender or such other name as Lender may choose; (ii) notify Account Obligors that Lender has a Lien in the Accounts and that payment thereof is to be made directly to Lender; and (iii) demand, collect or enforce payment of any Accounts (but without any duty to do so).
