Notifications to Employees. The Contractor shall place County-provided living wage posters at each of the Contractor’s places of business and locations where the Contractor’s Employees are working. The Contractor shall also distribute County-provided notices to each of its Employees at least once per year. The Contractor shall translate posters and handouts into Spanish and any other language spoken by a significant number of Employees.

  • Notification to Employees The Employer will inform, in writing, new, transferred, temporary, promoted, or demoted employees prior to appointment into positions included in the bargaining unit(s) of the Union’s exclusive representation status. Upon appointment to a bargaining unit position, the Employer will furnish the employees with membership materials provided by the Union. The Employer will inform employees, in writing, if they are subsequently appointed to a position that is not in a bargaining unit.

  • Access to Employees Staff representatives of the Union shall be allowed to visit work areas of employees during working hours and confer on conditions of employment to the extent that such visitations do not disrupt the work activities of the area being visited.
