Common use of Notwithstanding clause 5 Clause in Contracts

Notwithstanding clause 5. 9.1 the Tenant may share the occupation of the whole or any part of the Premises with a company which is a Group Company of the Tenant for so long as such company shall remain a Group Company of the Tenant and otherwise than in a manner that transfers or creates a legal estate

Notwithstanding clause 5. 9.1 the Tenant may share the occupation of the whole or any part of the Premises with a company which is a Group Company member of the same group as the Tenant (within the meaning of Section 42 of the 1954 Act) for so long as such company both companies shall remain a Group Company ▇▇▇▇▇▇ members of the Tenant that group and otherwise than in a manner that transfers or creates a legal estate
